We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your service to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at support@viral-squad.com. If your refund request is accepted, we will refund the full purchase price to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the purchased service is incomplete, not delivered or if you receive the wrong service, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer a refund for digital products/services, however, if your digital product was incomplete or not delivered, you are eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that follower drops are not within our control, and we are unable to prevent or reverse them.
